DELIVERY FAQ

Delivery costs shall be paid by you and are indicated in your cart when you check out. There are no delivery costs for purchases over $50.There will be a $4.99 AUD delivery cost for purchases under $50.Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.) Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following work day. We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box.

We will deliver your products to the delivery address in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. If the order has already been processed, we may not be able to fulfil your request.

During peak sale periods, please also allow 5-10 business days for your order to be dispatched. Any delivery periods displayed in this policy or on the site are estimates only, based on the information provided by the delivery company.

Astor Wilde does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by a third party. If you have not received your order within 14 days, please email us at hello@astorwilde.com

We may leave the products at your premises. Risk in the products will pass to you as soon as they are delivered to the delivery address provided in your order.

We will take reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of your incorrect data entry.

Order places within Australia are dispatched from Sydney.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Astor Wilde offers consumers the opportunity to sample the product via the 2ml sample vial available in every order. Returns are only accepted for a full refund only when the full size 50ml remains unopened and in acceptable condition. Astor Wilde reserves the right to deny any refund based on the condition of the product returned. All refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the return. 

Subject to the rights granted to you under the Australian Consumer Law, all Astor Wilde creations are considered final sale. Due to the made to order nature of our products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted, unless required by law.

Australian Consumer Law

In Australia, our goods come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you think there has been a failure of a consumer guarantee, please return your unopened products to our warehouse in your country, address set out below. You are responsible for associated costs (including delivery) for returning the products to us. If your claim is valid under the Australian Consumer Law, we will refund your return delivery costs. Depending on the failure, we will either dispatch a replacement product to you or refund the product price.
